Team Leader Quality Management (m/f/d) at Clifton Gardens

YOUR ROLE
  • Disciplinary and professional management of employees in the quality management department
  • Implementation of relevant food regulatory requirements and standard requirements (IFS, organic, RSPO, RFA, etc.) into our integrated management system
  • Organization of the audit program, including accompanying internal and external audits
  • Ensuring a preventive risk management for raw materials, finished products, and business areas
  • Realization of a risk-oriented material and supplier approval process
  • Conducting supplier audits, both nationally and internationally
  • Participation in projects with an impact on food safety and product quality
  • Formation of working groups to carry out corrective measures and review their implementation
  • On-site support at production facilities
YOUR PROFILE
  • Successfully completed studies in food chemistry, food technology, nutrition science, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the described area of responsibility and as an internal auditor
  • Good knowledge of German and European food law
  • Professional experience in the application of IFS or BRC; ideally also other standards such as organic, RSPO, RFA, ISO/FSSC 22000, etc.
