Description
The Position
- Work in a team to develop an automated collision avoidance system for CNC machine tools
- Build a software architecture and transfer customer-specific solutions into a company-wide product
- Develop features according to specific customer requirements
- Test the software and improve source code (review and refactoring)
Your Profile
- Experience in programming with C++
- Additional knowledge of CMake and C# is desirable
- Completed technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, MATSE) is advantageous
- Interest in simulation and customer-oriented, application-oriented software development
- Experience with software architecture, large customer projects, and various technologies is beneficial
- Interest and/or experience with CNC controls or machine tools is advantageous
- Team spirit and solution-oriented work
- Familiar with coordinating software projects
- Ability to communicate in English
