- The individuals will work on our 1st shift team in support of our Material Review Board (MRB) team and processes.
- In this role, they will review previously written Non-Conformances, (Company), looking for key defined aspects, and adding an additional predefined information to each NC as needed.
- This position is documentation focused.
- This position is in Indianapolis, IN and is not a remote position.
- Review and analysis of Non-Conformances (Company) including recording statements and supporting data within the SmartSolve System.
- Providing updates/summaries to regarding the status of NC's.
- Work in a team environment to ensure accurate and consistent results.
- Basic math and computer skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, quality conscious with an aptitude for maintaining accurate records.
- High School diploma or GED with 4-6 years of related work experience.
- Focus to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
