ROLE PURPOSE
Support the MDM Function with Data Clean-up and Analysis in JDE system.


Data clean-up:


Install base - compare to legacy data, compile lists to submit to MDM, address names, customer market codes, default technician, etc.

Open Calls - Review open calls were situations where SWO are complete and get them closed.

Data entry in JDE system to support various service functions. Reviewing report data needing updating and entering correct codes. Complete basic reporting requests.


PAY RANGE:
$17.00/hour - $20/hour Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to maintain a positive, respectful attitude, communicate constructively, listen actively and function as an active and committed participant within a team and the company
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic mathematical skills, including common fractions and decimals
  • Keen attention to detail
