INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC (M/F/D)

We are looking for you as an apprentice industrial mechanic (m/f/d) at our location in Sasbach.

Today apprentice, tomorrow expert


As an apprentice industrial mechanic (m/f/d), you will become an expert in pneumatically and hydraulically controlled systems and will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of technical systems in production.

You will assist in the setup, conversion, and commissioning of production equipment and will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes.

This includes manufacturing components, assembling them into technical systems, and performing maintenance and inspections. You will also learn about all legal regulations and coordinate your work with upstream and downstream departments.


In the first year, you will attend the metal technology vocational school in Achern and complete a weekly internship day with us.

Upon successful completion, your dual training at Wiha will begin in the second year.


What you bring:

  • Good secondary, technical, or high school diploma
  • You are passionate about mathematics, technology, and natural sciences in school
  • You have demonstrated manual dexterity in a school project or in your free time
  • You are reliable, a team player, and have a strong work ethic

  • Recognized IHK qualification as an industrial mechanic
  • Duration of training: 3.5 years
  • First year at the metal technology vocational school in Achern
