Lake Alfred Digital Patient Assistance is a rapidly growing digital health company focused on improving healthcare through Digital Health Applications (DiGAs). We are a strong team that has built the leading platform for independent and comprehensive communication for DiGAs in Germany in just a few weeks.

As a Digital Health Care Consultant, you will support doctors in implementing DiGAs into their daily practice. You will make a convincing first contact, understand their needs and processes, and guide them from initial prescription to everyday use.

Your responsibilities:

Actively approach doctors through convincing phone calls, especially with cold contacts
Organize and conduct on-site training sessions
Build and maintain customer relationships and contact databases
Represent the company at industry conferences
Work closely with the team to achieve company-wide sales goals

Your qualifications:

Ideally, proven experience in sales, especially with cold contacts
High motivation and enthusiasm to convince doctors about DiGAs
Experience in sales to doctors or the healthcare industry, as well as technical affinity, is a plus
Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities
