As one of the largest bank-independent property valuation companies in Germany, we inspect and evaluate several thousand properties per year here and in other European countries.


VALUE AG is a 100% subsidiary of
Hypoport SE, a technology service provider for the financial, real estate, and insurance industries.

We are currently looking for
freelance property inspectors (m/f/d) to join our team
immediately and
nationwide.


What tasks await you?

  • You will independently inspect properties, both inside and outside, of residential, commercial, and special properties in consultation with us. You will coordinate and schedule the agreedupon assignments independently.
  • You are responsible for the proper assessment and documentation of the technical condition of properties. In this context, you will take measurements, calculate living areas, and document the current construction status as well as any maintenance measures.
  • You will provide the necessary tools (e.g. means of transportation, mobile devices, etc.) and manage them independently.
  • You will only perform property inspections and related tasks. Salesrelated activities are not required and are prohibited.
  • You will ensure timely completion of the agreedupon assignments and ensure appropriate endcustomer management and data transfer.

What do we expect from you?

  • Ideally, you can provide relevant certification (e.g. HypZert).
