Your main responsibilities

As Head of IT, you will be responsible for the strategic development, organization, and management of our IT department. This includes establishing our IT as a professional, internal service provider, continuously improving workflows, and ensuring the highest level of IT security. You will also be responsible for identifying new technologies, trends, and best practices to optimize our business processes.

• Manage the IT department, improve workflows, and ensure effective communication and employee development
• Act as an internal service provider, ensuring smooth IT operations and services, and monitoring department success through defined key performance indicators
• Ensure quality assurance of IT projects in collaboration with the Digital Office, and compliance with legal and internal OOWV regulations
• Develop and promote the IT strategy, fostering a culture of innovation within the department, and staying updated on market trends and opportunities for integration of new technologies
