The Role at a GlanceWhat you'll be doing**- Manages the configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer systems hardware/software and infrastructure upgrades including hardware replacement, decommission, and consolidation.

  • Oversees the resolution of operational issues and communicates status to impacted customers and management.
  • Develops and implements Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity procedures ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensures deployments, releases and maintenance work is delivered on time and under budget.
  • Monitors and manages power and cooling systems to maximize efficiency and minimize energy consumption.
  • Ensures the reliability, efficiency and security of our data centers and colocation facilities.
  • Builds relationships and partners with various Information Technology teams.
  • Communicates in a timely and appropriate manner to management and other stakeholders regarding delivery of IT infrastructure services, planned and unplanned system outages.
  • Serves as an escalation point for major incidents.
  • Establishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), Standards, and Policies.
  • May oversee and manage vendor relationships and processes to coordinate activities and ensure compliance of statement of work. May develop and manage budget/expenses for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. #DICE
    What we're looking for
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration (Minimum Required).
  • 5+ Years experience in IT infrastructure administration that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (required).

    Pay Range: $67,000 $120,700


Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees.

In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.

Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
