Description
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Hospitality Staff for an event center.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional hospitality services in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
The event center is known for hosting high-profile events, and it is committed to delivering the highest level of service to its guests.
This is for one of the top event centers in the Triad. The position is temporary and part-time.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
The Hospitality Staff will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, setting up and breaking down tables and chairs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Set up tables, chairs, linens, and other event items according to event specifications
Ensure that all areas are clean, tidy, and presentable
Greet customers and assist them with their requests
Take food and drink orders and serve them promptly and efficiently
Clear tables and clean up after events
Operate dishwashing equipment and clean kitchen and event space as necessary
Assist with special event planning and coordination
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must wear all black, including a black button down shirt and black shoes
Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
Hours:
Breakfast: 5 a.
M.-11 a.
M. (may need to stay a little later)
Lunch: 9 a.
M.-2 p.
M. (may need to stay a little later)
Dinner: 2 p.
M.-midnight (may need to stay a little later) Days and hours may vary.
