Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You conduct aftersales consultations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for monitoring photovoltaic systems and can independently handle any arising issues
  • You process incoming complaints and ensure prompt and professional resolution
  • You create service orders
  • You create maintenance orders to ensure the highest possible performance of our photovoltaic systems

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education and ideally have some professional experience
  • You have a high level of initiative and proactively advocate for our customers
  • You work in a structured and conscientious manner and demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues, partners, and customers
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills
  • You are interested in the field of renewable energy, particularly photovoltaics, and previous experience in this field is a plus
