Description

Tasks:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems to be maintained
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, testing and maintenance of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections as well as proactive repairs
  • Accompanying and supporting technical operations of the customer
  • Documentation of performed activities (e.g. maintenance protocols)

Your profile:

  • Technical education, e.g. as a systems mechanic for HVAC / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer
  • Customer-oriented, committed employees for whom teamwork and reliability are a given
  • Ideally with initial professional experience, but also open to career starters
  • German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
