Titan Pharmacy is committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in maintaining effective communication channels and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our Spanish-speaking clientele.


Job Description:

As a Telephone Operator at Titan Pharmacy, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and routing incoming calls with courtesy and precision.

Making outbound calls as necessary to facilitate patient contacts, communications and operations.

Contacting Doctor's Offices.

Contacting Attorneys' Offices.

Contacting Insurance Companies.

Documenting all interactions to the appropriate profiles.

Accurately taking and relaying messages to appropriate personnel.

Assisting with customer inquiries and directing calls to the correct departments.

Maintaining a high level of service and professionalism at all times.


Requirements:

Must be fluent in Spanish and in English.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

Previous experience as a telephone operator or similar role is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and high call volumes.

Demonstrable administrative skills and a professional demeanor.
