Description

City Toyota is looking to hire both entry level, and experienced full-time Express/Lube Technicians (40 hours per week).

We value work-life balance and offer the option to choose between a rotating 4/10 schedule or a standard 5/8 schedule, accommodating your personal needs and preferences.

Our training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as an Express/Lube Technician and to provide opportunities for advancement within the company.

Pay

The Express/ Lube Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $24.00 and $30.00.

Responsibilities:

Perform all maintenances to the Toyota standard
Double check all vehicles to ensure quality workmanship prior to delivering to customers
Clearly document all work done as well as any necessary recommendations
Be willing to pursue further education and training as the industry changes
Participate in required Company and equipment training
Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Valid driver's license and DMV record in good standing
Thorough, selfmotivated, organized, clean, and require mínimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, verbal, reading, writing and computer proficient
Proficient knowledge regarding; alignments, brakes, shocks & struts, general maintenance, and suspension repair. Diagnostic skills are a plus
Must be a team player
