Job Description:

As a Roofing Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our roofing services.

You will work closely with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to assess their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Conduct inhome or onsite consultations to assess roofing needs and provide roof inspections.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our roofing products and services
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with our roofing installation team to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for upselling or referrals

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry, and must climb roofs.
• Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques, and building codes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Comfortable climbing roofs and performing onsite assessments as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:
$90, $173,271.63 per year
