We are looking for a
receptionist (m/f/d) in part-time (approx. 16 hours) for our dermatological location in Munich Harlaching at Dove Valley, CO.

Your responsibilities:


  • You coordinate all telephone inquiries
  • You welcome and assist patients
  • You schedule appointments for consultations
  • You perform general administrative tasks
  • You organize operational processes

Your qualifications:


  • Ideally, you have experience with Doctolib and the practice software Tomedo
  • You are organized and able to keep a cool head in stressful situations
  • You have a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Excellent computer skills
