Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Manager to join our team.
The Crisis Manager will be responsible for providing immediate assistance and support during critical situations in a senior care environment.
-Responsibilities:_
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary care and support.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the condition of individuals in crisis.
- Implement crisis management protocols effectively.
- Assist with dementia care and memory care activities.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition for individuals in crisis.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Coordinate with medical professionals and family members during crises.
Requirements:_
- Experience in home care, or assisted living settings.
- Proficiency in handling crisis situations with composure and efficiency.
- Knowledge of TOVA or crisis training techniques.
- Familiarity with monitoring vital signs and responding to medical emergencies.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow crisis management protocols
Shift:_
- 7am3pm Full Time

Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Richmond, VA 23219: Relocate before starting work (required)
