Description
1. To facilitate group therapy focused on mental health and substance use.


  • To provide case management services and link patients with aftercare/discharge planning.
  • Ability to work with patients with co-occurring mental illness and substance use.
  • To complete insurance verifications/reviews.
  • To complete paperwork in a timely and organized fashion.
  • To participate in multidisciplinary weekly treatment team meetings.

Level of Education Required:
M.Ed., MA, MS, or MSW. Licensed or license Eligible.


Location:
Valley Health Systems - PHP/IOP

Schedule:
Part Time, day shift, M-F
