- Must have a Master's degree in Divinity, Pastoral Counseling, or a related field.
- Certified by a National Pastoral Care Association.
- Experience as a CPE Supervisor in CPSP and/or CPEI.
- Manage daily operations of Pastoral Care Services in line with program and organizational guidelines.
- Ensure proper management of financial resources for the program.
- Provide spiritual support to clinical staff, patients, and families through counseling and religious rituals.
- Coordinate the CPE program and supervise interns and residents.
- Contribute to program development based on the Nemours Strategic Plan and Mission.
- Promote collaboration among chaplains, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in Bereavement program services and respond to requests for Pastoral Care support.
- Engage with community religious institutions and foster diversity in all programs.

Nemours is looking for a Director of Pastoral Care to join the team at Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, DE. The Director of Pastoral Care will oversee all aspects of the pastoral care program, managing staff resources, coordinating the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program, and developing new initiatives to support patients, families, and staff.
