Sense Able Brain Pediatric Therapy & Learning Services is looking for a professional, energetic, organized, fun, and driven person to join our team in an Office Assistant role to help support and grow existing and new clinics. Our practice is a pediatric Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy clinic in Lutz, FL that is on a mission to transform the world by delivering the highest quality intervention and client experience. Please be aware this is an assistant role and focus is on ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients so they can have successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Facility and Volunteer Management


  • Create and maintain an incredible patient experience within the facility that stimulates positive reviews and referral growth.
  • Ensure therapists are well supported by maintaining inventory through collaboration with staff and clinic director.
  • Coordinate, onboard, and train volunteers to facilitate clinician focus within the sessions.
  • Provide assistance within the therapy sessions as needed.
  • Support therapy dogs in the facility.
  • Provide wellness services as directed.
  • Assist in therapy sessions.
  • Communicate clearly with the team regarding clients and administrative requirements.
  • Collaborate and report to the executive leadership team to ensure all operations are functioning at the highest level and support any projects, activities, and responsibilities that further the progress of the clinic.
