Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) and Manual Muscle Testing and Range of Motion (MMT/ROM) Test Technician to join our team.
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality of objective testing protocols.
This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in ensuring that our testing protocols meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tests according to established procedures and guidelines established by our clinical staff ( M.D/ D.C.)
- Document test results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with clinical staff and other team members to resolve technical issues
- Proficient in test plans and procedures
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with J-Tech FCE and MMT/ROM equipment or similar
- This will be a pay per test, flat fee per study performed.

$ $300.00 per day
