YOUR TASK
You have already gained experience in the support and maintenance of ERP and DMS systems and would like to:

  • Independently carry out 1st and 2nd level support for our IT systems
  • Review incoming tickets from our service desk and solve them independently
  • Proactively and efficiently communicate with ticket creators
  • Work closely with application owners
  • Leave your footprint with your own ideas and commitment

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in application support, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central and EASY Document Management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL database
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
