YOUR TASK
You have already gained experience in the support and maintenance of ERP and DMS systems and would like to:
- Independently carry out 1st and 2nd level support for our IT systems
- Review incoming tickets from our service desk and solve them independently
- Proactively and efficiently communicate with ticket creators
- Work closely with application owners
- Leave your footprint with your own ideas and commitment
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in application support, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central and EASY Document Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL database
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Structured and independent way of working
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
