Job Title:
Accounting Assistant
Job Duties:
Full Cycle AP/ AR
Human Resources
Payroll & Benefits
COI's Tracking
Lien Release Tracking
Maintain software subscriptions & memberships
Change Order entry
Run Committed Cost Reports
Filing
Answer Phones, Schedule Service Calls
Light Procurement (assist purchasing agent from time to time)
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of construction project administration helpful
Person must have good written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills a must.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Minimum: 2 year accounting experience required
We need someone with
strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Sage and Quickbooks

$22.00-$25.00 per hour
