Job Summary:
Waste Equipment Rentals & Sales is a family owned, Texas based company that is quickly growing across the US.

Our mission is to bring service back to the service industry and our team is proudly delivering on that each and every day.

We offer compactor, baler equipment rentals, sales, installations, cleanings, repairs, and preventative maintenance service to commercial clients which include the following:
national retailers, universities, hospitals, apartment complexes and many more.

The service Dispatcher will schedule and assign service calls to service technicians across the United States. The client account manager will also assist with quotes, parts, and other duties associated with work orders.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage new work orders
  • Maintain constant communication with technicians and customer through the service process
  • Create estimates and invoices daily
  • Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries regarding services
  • Assist technicians in the field as needed
  • Enters data into various systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities and demands
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to communicate professionally and reliably with coworkers and customers.

  • Must be a motivated selfstarter that enjoys working as a team with coworkers
  • Must be detail oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Must have previous experience with Microsoft word and excel
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Must have customer service experience

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
