Overview of Role

  • The Customer Service/Order Management Specialist role provides excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service to clients, customers, and internal sales departments. This role requires strong communication, problem solving and data entry skills.
  • Hybrid 23 days/week Schaumburg, Illinois office.

What you will do at C.A Carlin

  • Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service.
  • Manage incoming orders and input into order entry system.
  • Review orders for accuracy and completion.
  • Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders.
  • Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing.
  • Work on a variety of webbased client systems.
  • Communicate openly with clients, customers, and internal sales department to resolve inquiries.

What You Should Bring to the Table

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
  • Flexible with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with focus on detail.

You Will Stand out if you have**- Prior experience with a CPG broker/manufacturer/retailer.
