We are a family-owned company since 1950 in the toolmaking industry located in the Frankfurt area, currently with 15 employees.

In short lead times, we develop, design, manufacture, and test tools in close collaboration with our partners, tailored precisely to the process.


Responsibilities:

  • Assembly, adjustment of tools, tryouts
  • Optional second task in the area of CAD/CAM, CNC
  • Possibly setting up, preparing, and manufacturing on a CNC wire cutting machine (AGIE P550 year of construction: 2020) based on CAD data
  • Independent programming (PEPS)
  • Complex singlepart production

Other possible tasks:


  • Optimization and standardization of tools and components in collaboration with the design department
  • Connecting sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechatronics
  • Further development of the assembly department, for example in the areas of intelligent tools or augmented reality
  • Tuschieren and other tasks related to diecasting molds
  • Tasks in the areas of flat grinding, blasting, milling/CNC milling, and measurement technology are also possible. Depending on the need, we can also support the development of constructive talents.

Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a tool mechanic or comparable training with at least two years of professional experience
  • We also hire tool mechanics with further training as technicians or a degree
  • Experience in sheet metal forming/stamping is advantageous
  • Knowledge in the areas of control and regulation technology as well
