We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
• Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
• Collaborate with management to create new dishes and enhance existing recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Handle any kitchenrelated issues or emergencies efficiently
  Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food service management, menu planning, and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the culinary team
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
