- Strong proficiency in large project management
- Preferably a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent
- Over 10 years of project management experience
- Experience in food processing equipment is a must
- Background in facilities related projects is beneficial
- Ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Create necessary project documentation
- Present documentation for required approvals
- Lead projects from initiation to completion phases
- Conduct regular project meetings for updates
- Maintain vendor communication for project success
- Provide support during equipment installation
- Ensure proper identification of new equipment with asset tags
- Offer assistance in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures
- Provide equipment details or drawings when necessary
- Assist with plant layouts as required
