    Requirements:
    Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
    BLS Certification
    Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
    Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience (within the last 3 years)


    Additional Information:

    • Schedule includes
    3 days of patient visits and 2 days of phone triage .
    Clinic-based charting system (No OASIS required) .


    • Coverage area includes
    Martinez and surrounding communities .
