    Description


    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead our data-driven decision-making efforts.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and team leadership. The position will be responsible for driving strategic insights, optimizing business processes, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analytics Cultural Adoption
    Lead the continued development and growth of the FleetPride Enterprise BI solution into a managed self-service analytics environment
    Partner with IT Leadership and IT BI team to ensure governance and security requirements are balanced against ease of user access
    Utilize co-development to share reporting knowledge and best practices with embedded functional business users

    Quality Analytics and Reporting:
    Develop enterprise-grade reports where gold-standard quality is required for business data needs.
    Evaluate and explain corporate performance metrics to senior level leadership using existing models or rapid ad-hoc data analysis
    Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform strategic business decisions

    Team Leadership:
    Manage business analysts and data professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
    Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
    Encourage and challenge the development of resources into best-in-class analysts

    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, sales, supply chain, marketing, and IT, to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
    Proven experience (5+ years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
    Strong proficiency in data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
    Proficiency required in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
    Expertise in SQL and database management required; experience with programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
    Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
    Experience in project management and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
