JOB SUMMARY
Sub4 Development in Casa Grande Arizona, is seeking a Construction Assistant to aid in keeping the construction site clean

has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and able to lift heavy objects and operate heavy

machinery.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clearing debris and waste from the job site, supervising day laborers when needed
• Preparing worksites and materials
• Operating Equipment: Water Buffalo, Telehandler, Box Truck, Company Truck, Pallet Jack, etc.
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials onsite and offsite at company warehouse
• Pickup work including Framing, Insulating, Drywall, Painting, and more
• Any additional duties assigned as needed

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift/Telehandler Experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand, walk, bend, reach for long periods of time
• Able to lift heavy objects (minimum of 75 pounds) and operate heavy machinery
• Use of hands to handle and control, or feel various objects and tools
• Able to handle extreme weather conditions
