    Cook/Housekeeper About the Position:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining Professionalism and Punctuality
    • Taking Ownership/ Accountability

    • Adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations
    • Utilizing effective communication and time management skills
    • Being a proactive member of a highly efficient team
    • Ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with program standards
    • Completing mandatory trainings specific to the program and role, and applying learned skills
    • Promoting health, wellness, and safety
    • Knowing when to seek administrator support
    • Building positive connections
    • Cooking and preparing meals catering to dietary needs
    • Sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuuming carpets and rugs
    • Cleaning kitchen appliances and refrigerator
    • Organizing and cleaning kitchen cabinets
    • Disposing of expired food items
    • Emptying trash receptacles
    • Performing other cleaning tasks if required
    • Education and Experience:
    • Work or personal experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities is beneficial
    • Mandatory tuberculosis test for most positions
      Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities
    • Willingness to take the lead
    • Highly adaptable personality type
      Compensation: $16.50 hourly
