    Key Responsibilities:
    Maintaining Professionalism and PunctualityTaking Ownership/ Accountability

    Being Flexible:
    Job responsibilities may change based on needsAdhering to policies, procedures and regulationsUsing effective communication skills & time management skillsBeing a member of a highly effective teamEnsuring maintenance upkeep and safety based on facility/ program structureCompleting mandatory trainings based on the program and position as well as applying skillsEnsuring health, wellness and safetyUnderstanding when to contact an administrator for supportBuilding Positive relationshipsCooking and preparing meals according to dietary needsSweeping and mopping floorsDusting furniture and other fixturesVacuuming carpets and area rugsCleaning kitchen appliances/refrigeratorCleaning and organizing kitchen cabinetsDiscarding expired foodsEmptying trash receptacle/bagsOther cleaning responsibilities if the need arisesEducation and Experience:Work or life experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plusTuberculosis test mandatory for most positionsAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skillsWilling to take initiativeHighly flexible personality typeLocation:Queens, NYBenefits:DailyPay available
