Job Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the EHS-Country Manager in Germany in our matrix organization, you will provide EHS/PSM advice to the management team at our Bad Säckingen location.

Responsible for the independent development of the local EHS/PSM management system according to Huntsman guidelines, as well as coordinating the implementation of relevant regulations at the site.

Serve as the on-site contact for inquiries from authorities and the Huntsman Corporate EHS team.

Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards at the Bad Säckingen location.

Coordinate on-site EHS/PSM audits and associated measures.

Responsible for monthly and annual reporting within the company regarding performance indicators defined by Huntsman.

Investigate and document safety-related incidents at the plant and report them according to Huntsman guidelines.

Lead site projects in the areas of ecological sustainability, health, and safety (process and workplace).

Collaborate with other Huntsman locations to exchange experiences and develop joint problem-solving solutions.

As part of the Site Leadership Team, actively contribute to the long-term sustainable development of the location by supporting the continuous improvement process in the EHS/PSM area.
