To strengthen our team at our Schwäbisch Gmünd location, we are currently looking for a
Maintenance Employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:
- Analyzing, fixing, and maintaining equipment and machinery malfunctions and failures
- Conducting electrical installations
- Monitoring and ensuring the proper condition of buildings and green areas
- Inspecting and maintaining building systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, etc.)
- Responsible for conducting legally required inspections
- Managing construction projects
- Performing repairs
- Obtaining cost estimates and quotes, as well as awarding contracts
- Regularly analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing all maintenance and operating costs
- Coordinating external service providers and craftsmen, including reporting
- Setting up for events
- Conducting internal moves
- Special trips
