:Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully handles incoming calls for the company within established timeframes
- Coordinates all documentation on export and domestic orders and arrange emergency shipments to meet customer needs
- Effectively receives, processes, and monitors customer orders from inception to delivery while working and communicating with logistics, purchasing, accounting and sales departments
- Provides clerical, organizational, and office support to the distribution center and handles requests from customers, corporate office, and warehouse team members.
- Ensures current and future needs and issues are addressed to customer's satisfaction
- Performs a variety of duties including the entry and processing of orders, cancellations, modifications, product specifications, and other requirements.
- Ensures that customer data and orders are accurate and up to date in the database
- Utilizes conflict resolution skills to respond to customer inquiries and concerns courteously and accurately.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions to resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on failures with appropriate escalation to correct the situation and avoid issues in the future
- Participates in customer complaint investigation and resolution
- Enters credit request into system and updates prices, pending orders lists and shipments information as needed.
- Proofreads fellow team member's outputs and contributes to team effort.
- Maintains existing customer data and sales reports
- Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum one year experience in data entry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, timemanagement, and project management skills with the ability to work in a highvolume environment
- Energetic, selfstarter, able to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast paced and frequently changing environment while also able to work as a team.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to pay strong attention to detail for accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Requires clear vision, standing, walking, and prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position operates in an office setting at our corporate office.
