The
Brand Specialist will focus on the multiple different platforms (ex: Yelp, Google, Amazon, etc. They will work on providing feedback to customers that leaves the reviews to address their issues and concerns.

This position will not be answering too much phone calls, but they will need to be proficient at answering question via website portals.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

Smart, energetic and upbeat personality.
Patience, calm and confidence during difficult interactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Creative problem solver and thinker.
Ability to selftrain from proper resources and support.

Microsoft Office knowledge

Outlook, Excel and Word.
Experience interacting with customers and responding to a high volume of social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Strong timemanagement from organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
