During the apprenticeship
At Marbach, machining mechanics (m/f/d) are responsible for manufacturing precision parts using turning, milling, and grinding machines.

That's why you will go through all the important departments for your training, such as machining, tool assembly, and quality management.

During this time, you will not only receive comprehensive training in metalworking, but also get to know our products. With your extensive knowledge, you will be able to set up CNC-controlled machines. In case of malfunctions, you will use suitable testing methods to determine the cause and fix the issue.
Requirements
You need at least a good secondary school leaving certificate. Good spatial imagination and manual dexterity are also required.
Future job responsibilities

After completing your apprenticeship, you will be employed in our central production departments or in the thermoforming or rotation production area as a machining mechanic (m/f/d).
