- Maintain the school buildings and grounds in top condition.
- Manage the janitorial staff including scheduling and job assignments.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and installation in connection with:
- electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Uses and wears safety and/or protective equipment, as appropriate.
- Keep abreast of new information, innovative ideas and techniques.
- Support the value of an education.
- Work overtime when emergencies arise.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in building and grounds operations. At least three (3) years of human resources experience is preferred.
