- Develop and Implement workflows, standards and process improvements
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and ensure high standards and quality of process by identification of the root cause and implementation of action plans of quality issues.
- Store, manage and track company documents and assist in the updating of quality documents.
- Monitor and analyze customers' feedback and complaints and manage all customer survey documentation.
- Participate in Customer meetings as the Quality Assurance Representative
- Ensure that all key quality assurance procedures, standards, quality control mechanisms, and tools are properly utilized adhering to Internal Audit procedures
- Lead all external and internal audits
- Participate and monitor supplier evaluation and re-evaluation processes
- Assist Project Manager and project teams as NPI coordinator adhering to Product Introduction procedures
- Assist with QA monthly report to management and assist in preparation of annual reports.
- Monitor and maintain change control, deviation, and product complaint programs.
- Review and approve of all change orders adhering to Management of Change procedures
- Train New Hires to ensure their understanding of company QMS processes and databases
- Perform other duties related to job function as may be necessary
- Must adhere to Quality Management System
- Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree in Manufacture Engineering and/or Quality Management with background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and/or Computer Science a plus. Or Associate (AS) degree in Manufacture Engineering and/or Quality Management AND a minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Quality Team member
- 3 to 5 years' experience working in a similar field.
- Strong verbal/written and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Knowledge of project management and related tools is a plus.
- Proficiency with Quality standards such as ISO9001:2015 is required.
- ISO 13485 is a plus
- Supervisory/Decision Making experience is a plus.
