Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in Automation testing on UI enhancements and prepare the manual test cases to convert automation test scripts.
- Perform extensive functional, integration, regression, and UI testing in various platforms.
- Design automation framework from scratch with reusable methods using Tosca.
- Develop API scripts to functionally test the business requirements involving new software update.
- Use JIRA as a test management tool to document and automate test results; also used Tosca Connect to centralize automation artifacts.
- Work as part of a team to develop test methodologies, scenarios, and data collection plans to ensure test adequacy.
- End to end activities from executing and reporting on test activities.
- Document and communicate automation framework functions, interfaces, test cases and results to diverse audiences.
- Work closely with business stakeholders across multiple functional areas, understand business processes, map, and configure the requirements.
- Work as a team member on projects to champion excellence in software testing.
- Ensure testing industry best practices are followed throughout the duration of projects to drive success.
- Escalate projectrelated testing issues to the Testing Manager.
- Conduct training for new team members on writing good requirementsbased test cases (system, integration, UAT, End to End).
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience with system and software test teams, experience in multiple full lifecycle software deliveries from development to final software acceptance.
- Related Bachelor's degree and/or 3years of relevant systems and testing experience required.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Experience with process validation and test method validation.
- Demonstrated automation testing experience is required.
- Must be able to execute detailed test plans.
- Knowledge of financial services management systems, life insurance policy administration systems experience is preferred.
- ISTQB certification is desirable.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

- Firmly rooted in requirementsbased Testing approaches and practices.
