Nursing Unit Manager (m/f/d / 1116 / Permanent / 39 hours

Our senior center in North Oaks, MN is operated by the AWO District Association of Upper Bavaria.

Our AWO senior center is a facility with 78 beds for elderly and/or dementia patients who can no longer be cared for at home.

We also offer short-term and day care, as well as a gerontopsychiatric living group.

Our goal is to provide our residents with a home and to give them comprehensive, individual, holistic, and activating care.

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and optimizing work processes in the respective nursing unit in coordination with the nursing management
  • Staff planning within the nursing unit in coordination with the nursing management
  • Care for our residents in accordance with hygiene regulations and the nursing concept of the facility
  • Digital nursing documentation and active participation in the development of the SIS (structured information collection)
