Job Overview:
Duties:
- Develop project plans, including goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements
- Implement project management best practices to optimize project outcomes
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project life cycle
- Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the overall scope of work
- Utilize software and other construction estimating tools to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
- Analyze project costs, negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure cost control for bids
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support bidding process
Experience:
- Proficiency in project scheduling and using estimating software
- Strong process management skills
- Expertise in scope management to ensure project alignment with objectives
- The ability to prepare accurate project estimates
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze contracts and pricing structures
- Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Pay:
$75, $104,000.00 per year
