Job Overview:

Duties:

Develop project plans, including goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements
Implement project management best practices to optimize project outcomes
Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project life cycle
Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the overall scope of work
Utilize software and other construction estimating tools to prepare detailed cost estimates
Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
Analyze project costs, negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure cost control for bids
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support bidding process

Experience:

Proficiency in project scheduling and using estimating software
Strong process management skills
Expertise in scope management to ensure project alignment with objectives
The ability to prepare accurate project estimates
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze contracts and pricing structures
Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
