In this context, the city of Trier is looking for a Beacon IT Specialist (m/f/d) for the Department of Organization as soon as possible.
Full-time, permanent, pay grade 8 TVöD

Your tasks:

Handling all tasks related to desktop, laptop, thin clients, printers, and client software
Supporting all users (home office/office) with incidents and inquiries regarding computer-based systems
Acting as a single point of contact for employees

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
Relevant practical and demonstrable work experience is an advantage
Skills and in-depth knowledge in the area of responsibility, as well as up-to-date knowledge of relevant technology/software, and a general understanding of IT (WAN/LAN/internet/server/PC/host/etc.)
