We are looking for an honest, reliable, and upbeat personality to join our Ellis Haven Campground team. Our camping season runs from May 1st - October 10th.

We are looking for a highly experienced, dedicated and alert Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment at Ellis Haven Campground for campers, visitors and staff.

This individual must have security experience and have the ability to assess security concerns.

Security Guards responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prevent illegal or inappropriate actions by maintaining a high visible presence, patrol buildings, facilities, and perimeters of the premises, inform personnel and visitors of security procedures, investigate suspicious activities and disturbances, immediately report security breaches to Ellis Haven President, document observations and surveillance activities, adhere to security industry regulations and control the entrance and departure of employees, and perform CPR or First Aid when needed.

This individual should have excellent knowledge of security protocols, exceptional interpersonal skills, advanced verbal and written communication skills, ability to work alone or as part of a team, ability to solve problems as they arise attention to detail and the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations.

A background check is required.

Shifts are Sunday and Monday nights, 7pm - 2am and fill in.
