We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our main location in Föhren.

AT OUR COMPANY:
✓ Provide second-level support for our customers
✓ Plan service deployments
✓ Document project progress in our field service management system (Engine4)
✓ Communicate with customers, investors, subcontractors, and manufacturers
✓ Ensure the processing of manufacturer warranties
✓ Act as a central point of contact for our service technicians to support them in problem-solving
✓ Take over the Schoenergie control center
