IT System Electronics Technician


As an IT System Electronics Technician, you will learn how to maintain, service, and modernize IT systems and network infrastructure.

This includes the entire company premises, providing a dynamic and diverse work environment. Your tasks will include repairing printers, expanding the network with additional devices and switches, and upgrading hardware.

Additionally, with the support of the electrical maintenance team, you will ensure the power supply for the systems and components.


You will also learn how to use automated installation routines to install software components on multiple computers, as well as how to automate the complete installation of a computer from the operating system to the necessary software products.

You will also have the opportunity to independently carry out projects and implement your own ideas. In case of any problems, you can always rely on the support of your colleagues.


Requirements for this job:

  • You have at least a secondary school diploma.
  • You have technical understanding and manual dexterity.
  • English, mathematics, and physics do not give you headaches.
  • You enjoy working with people and are communicative and a team player.
  • Even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview.
The duration of the apprenticeship is 3 years, and the vocational school is located in Oldenburg.
