We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our German Supply Chain team in Bay Lake, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing inbound and outbound logistics.

Reporting to the local Supply Chain Manager and with a dotted line to the global Logistics Manager, you will be tasked with planning and managing logistics, transportation, and customer services to ensure timely delivery while keeping costs down.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
Coordinate the entire order cycle
Communicate and negotiate with forwarders and logistics partners
Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs
Plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any issues or complaints
Research and implement efficient shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
Meet targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness
Track and analyze data to assess performance
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations
Previous experience as a Logistics Specialist in a similar role
Proven track record of successful distribution and logistics operations, with knowledge of HS Codes and Incoterms
Proficiency in standard logistics and inventory management software
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Fluent in German and English (company standard language)
