How you'll make an impact

  • Be a highly trusted partner and coach to managers and employees in the Americas on strategic, complex, and ambiguous People questions, including performance management, organizational design, scaling, retention strategies, leadership development, manager effectiveness, engagement, compensation, and culture transformation
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., workforce planning, performance management, and attrition) to identify trends, aid in decisionmaking and provide proactive solutions to the business
  • Partner with leaders to deliver effective and efficient people processes including talent assessments, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, talent development, retention, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Leverage the People support model to ensure scalability and the highest possible impact and customer experience
Partner closely with other functions and People centers of excellence including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, and Culture to design, pilot, and scale high impact and innovative People programs (e.g., performance and talent management, compensation planning)


What you'll need to be successful

  • 46 years of experience in the People and Business Partnering space
  • Experience delivering PBP support and services ideally in a fastgrowth and rapidly scaling technology environment
  • A bias for action and the ability to balance shortterm decisions with longerterm vision
  • Expertise on all things related to people, culture and organizations, with an ability to connect the dots to deliver value
  • A wellrounded understanding of all aspects of the People function, including its COEs and federal / local compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in connecting and building trust across multiple levels, teams and groups, including the People team, managers, employees, and other stakeholders
  • International experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to assess needs using data to make informed decisions, influence, collaborate, deliver, and partner at all levels across the organization to get things done
