TechTrans International provides language services (language teaching, interpreting, translating); travel coordination and visa services; logistics services (property management, shipping/receiving, transportation and vehicle maintenance, etc.); and much more.

We have international offices, staff and clients calling us from around the world.

We are seeking a Full-Time Inventory Specialist. This position works under general supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Duties and requirements include:

Responsible for performing daily office deliveries such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying,

posting, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal, and other word processors.

Responsible for various administrative tasks.
Follows organization and department procedures to complete deliveries in a timely manner.
Interact with customers in providing information to organizations concerning products, services, and

process documentation.

Performs a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Must be computer savvy can utilize systems effectively; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,

etc. (will be tested)

Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 1 year of work experience,

preferably in light industrial warehouse areas/field.

NASA experience preferred
Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with all company safety and health policies
Compliance with PPE use requirements
Other duties as assigned
